A good friend of mine's house is available to rent from the 2nd of May.
It's a fully furnished, 3 bedroom house with garage and lovely garden with the beach at the end of the street.
She's asking $450 a week and a short term let is available. It would be ideal for someone who'se waiting for their stuff to arrive.
I don't have any pictures yet, I just wanted to put it on here quickly, but will be able to get some if needed.
PM me if interested. I'll be away for the weekend but will be back monday evening.
PS. I almost forgot! Yes it has heating! It's got a (flued) gas heater in the living room which easily heats the whole house.
