Hii All
I'm just a newbie in this forum. I have searched for info about relocation to NZ as a skilled worker. Now, i found 2 things that quite make me confuse, those are :
1. To get a work visa, it needs job offer
2. To get a job offer, it needs a work visa (residency will also do).
It becomes looping on it.
I try to get job offer on my field (IT), but i haven't get in until now.
Any opinion or suggestion from all of you?
Thank you so much.

Hello, and welcome to the forum.:)
Although the regulations can LOOK as if they take you in a loop, the system does work. For sure, someone who has gone through the system will be along shortly and tell you the order things happen.

You cannot get a work visa without a job offer, but you can get a job offer first and then apply for a work visa.
There are a few employers who will want a residency or work visa before they would hire you, but there are plenty others that will give you a job offer without one.

Have you checked out how many points you would have if you submitted your EOI (expression of interest).
If you have enough points without a job offer to be selected then you will be granted (hopefully) a PR to come to NZ to look for work.
Also, the further down the line you are with your PR process, the more likely a NZ employer will be to take you seriously and offer you a job.
