If my spouse's occupation (Office Manager) is on the skilled occupation list but she does not have a qualification from a registered training company would her work experience substitute for a qualification. She has 4 years experience.

So far I know you need to have the qualifications, work experience does not substitute a qualification.

according to the ANZCO list 3 years work experience is equal to the (level 2) qualification listed with the job description.
I don't think this has any relevance unless your spouse is main applicant though does it?
