Hi has anyone here detailed knowledge of the rural sector?

we intend to be fact finding again end of next year on a 3 week visit but just wondered how many forumites are connected to the agriculture/horticultural sector?

Was in farming back in the UK and spot tractors at 500m when out and about to Clare's amusement :D

Know a couple of kiwi farmers, one running 3000 sheep on Banks Peninsula and other one mixed farming in Southland.

Also know Mike Solari who farms down that way and is the current world record holder for tons/ ha of wheat :clap :clap
