Hi moorf.Beautiful sunshine her in n/w england,its just that its about 9 degrees.Still lovely to walk dogs with my woolly hat,gloves,scarf,body warmer,thermal socks,ear muffs and fur lined boots. :laugh :laugh :laugh .Bev.

Lovely here in the North Island too Moorf, we had 29 yesterday!!!! tooooo hot, we have windows open and the fan going at night, very sticky :oops:

Yep - Welly weather had been great too for the last 3 or 4 weeks solid. Even the wind has behaved itself - we've had very little or no wind now for ages! :nice1 Yay! (Hence all the fog problems last week at the airport though - we literally had NO wind to blow it away! Unheard of for Welly, eh!!) Although maybe I've spoken too soon as it does seem to be a bit breezy today.... :roll:

As this is our first NZ summer, we're pretty impressed. OK, it took a while to get started but it's certainly making up for it now. Apparantly it was 31 degrees in Johnsonville last week some time! :cool

Can someone remind me of this tho in July when I'm freezing my arse off in our kiwi un-heated house, with 10 jumpers on huddled round an electric oil-filled radiator! :uhoh :laugh

Lovely summer we r having. I had a swim in the beach the other day and yesterday after going to work, as the sun does not set till 8PM. I may try to have one today also. The beach is just a 5 minute walk from my place.

Yeah, I've found a secret swimming spot 10 mins from the house. Can see the Harbour Bridge and the water is warmth as a bath. Choice!
