About this transcript, marks business for assessments. Here goes; OH gained South African diploma in 1982 at a techikon which no longer exists:confused: How on earth am I supposed to get evidence? Feel horribly disorganised and becoming panicky as ITA arrived and not able to sent NZQA form until I get this done! Have e-mailed NZQA but no response yet. Anyone had similar experience or able to offer advice?

Hi
It is worth phoning an NZQA officer and asking for advice. I had the same thing as my teacher's college no longer exists and the education dept were pitiful. NZQA eventually approved me due to the fact that my prior education checked out. Have you a copy of your diploma? That will help. Which tech was his diploma from? I guarantee that his transcripts are in a record room somewhere. You may have to do a bit of phoning around. I madeabout 30 call to KZN from Cape Town!!

Will call them and hope I can get some answers. We do have the original diploma which details each unit, though I'm not sure how relevant this is for NZQA purposes. OH got diploma from Witwatersrand Techikon which has been amalgamated with others to become Jo'berg Uni, who I can't contact at the moment as it seems to have been a national holiday ALL week(we're in the UK)! Will be trying again next week. Thanks again,Sarah:)
