I want to share with you my good news; I just received my original certificates and my level after sending them to NZQA department. I got level 5 which was the same I was expecting when I sent my documents. I’m really happy now after two months and half of waiting. :raebanana :raebanana

Now , I’m ready to continue my progress to apply for the EOI . I have a one question and I’m pleasing all of you to feed me back with your opinions and experience. Do I have to apply first to the IELTS exam before applying for the EOI or I can send them the exam result after they ask for it , and what if my total mark of IELTS is 5.5 or even 6 are they going to refuse my EOI because they asking for 6.5 . ?

Please share me with your information and your experience and I’m thankful for every one.

You have to pass the IELTS test first. You must enter the IELTS report ID when you fill your EOI. I think the minimum acceptable IELTS score is 6.5

I can confirm that Mesh2008 is spot on!
And congratulations on this prompt reaction from the NZQA (mine took 6 months ...).
Do try and practice for the IELTS exam (online or books). It will make a huge difference if you go into it confidently.

Thank you mesh2008 and Pebbles I do believe that I have to work hard to pass the exam ,but I thought that if I got 5.5 or even 6 then they will not reject my EOI and will ask me for more courses in English when I arrived in NZ , this is why they aske for extra fees when applying the ITA .
