We had our medicals done at 1 Harley Street and the Xrays at 11 Wimpole Street.

I know the costs are not the cheapest but they are not that much more and if you are in the South East the location is easy to get to.

We had the xrays done first at a cost of £35 each (3 for us) and then walked them round to 1 Harley Street which is only about 5 mins away.
Medicals were £110 per adult with children at £55. The adults had to pay for 2x HIV tests at £20 and 1 x syphilis at £20 so total cost of the medicals for 2 adults and 3 children aged 7,10, and 12 was £445 add the three xrays and you get a total of £560. Results were sent to us in 2 days by Royal Mail special delivery at no extra cost.

So my overall view would be not cheap but quick and easy to get to.
