Linda was out at Southwell Minster, taking her mother to the Antiques Roadshow, I phoned her and gave her the good news, lots of noise for that one. I felt like saying that it dosn't matter what they value her at, leave her there!

Heads a mess, can't think straight, taking dog for a good walk, phone in sick.

We are looking to live in the Wairarapa, Carterton-Featherston area.
The idea being it's only an hours commute for me into Wellington and property prices are still reasonable. We are looking for a small property,
(just the two of us plus one welsh collie) with a paddock or two and a trout river very nearby. There are a few properties available from looking at NZ real estate websites and within our budget. One thing we have noticed is that the properties in general seem to be "sticking" and quite a few have dropped their prices. good news for people moving over there, but not so good for those people wanting to sell.
Looks like the market is slowing down.
