I'm sure this has been asked before but to clarify...

if i need a job to get 105 points, should i submit am EOI before I get a job to start the ball rolling or should I wait for the job offer?

I assume without a job you have 55 points? If this is right you cannot submit it as you need at least 100 to do so.
