Hey everyone,

I already posted a question in another area but thought I would introduce myself. :) I live in Denver, Colorado and my husband and I made the ever-life changing decision to move to New Zealand!! For many reasons but mainly because we want a better life. It ain't happenin' in the USA for sure. :exit

I look forward to spending more time here and getting to know everyone through this long grueling process. So far, my hubby and I have our wits about us but we will see how long that lasts.:o

We are in the process of putting the finishing touches on our EOI and will most likely submit it this weekend. :nice1

We love Colorado, love it. But we are tired of the USA not being free anymore, our rights being stripped away every day, and so forth. There's more, but you get the gist. :laugh I am sorry to leave Colorado as I love it here, I am originally from Connecticut. I love the west. :)

Best of luck with your EOI! When was the latest draw? Was it yesterday? (meaning today, tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow depending where you are in the world :laugh ) How many points did you submit with?

I hear you about the US. Are you from there originally? I lived there a number of years, though never made it over to CO. Wish I had.

Well, after checking and re-checking our EOI's, hubby and I submitted it on May 26th. We missed the other selection time so we have to wait until the next cycle. Wow, I cannot stand being in limbo! LOL We meet with a realitor tonight. We have been hauling butt cleaning the house, doing yard work (have to plant flowers in the back yard this weekend) throwing away stuff, giving away, donating, and we are planning on having a few yard sales!

So far, hubby and I have been coping well with waiting. We just have been keeping busy with other things. :)

M-sqaured, I was born in Ohio, moved to Connecticut when I was 8 and moved to Colorado two years ago. :)

Thank you everyone for the good luck wishes. This waiting is weird. The meeting with the realitors, they are team, (Two people trying to sell the house!! YAY!!) went VERY well. The house will be officially on the market this afternoon! Now, our lives are completely disrupted and turned upside down now the house will be up for showings, but totally worth it. :)

Oh my gosh, just found out our EOI was selected today!!!! Wow, my stomach was topsy-turvy all day today as I knew it was selection day!! Okay, breathe. Not out of the woods yet. :) Fun times are about to start. House has been officially on the market for 5 days and no bites. :uhoh
