Hi guys
I was wondering if anyone knows of any cholesterol reducing products that are available on general sale in NZ? We have Benecol and Flora spreads and yoghurt drinks containing stanols that reduce cholesterol. Mine is slightly borderline and I can just about control it with these products
Can't face the thought of daily tablets!

Hi Dave...

Woolworths for one are selling flora proactiv, and I can't imagine that they are the only store ones....
