Welcome to the forum, not sure about work on the railway "network" here because there really isn't one! Not the amount of steel you have in UK by any means.
You have a good bit of equity to get you started, why not give it a go, dip your toe in the water at an EXPO and ask around on here, you never know.
Good luck.

Welcome to the forum. Have you checked the skills list on the immigration web site? Not sure if hospital administrator is on the skills shortage list or your jonb. If they are then definitely worth seeing how many points you get. If you want it to happen - it will :yes

Welcome.
£100K is a good amount of cash. At current rayes that approx $250K. Even if $50K went as part of emigration expenses $200K is half of a pretty decent house, depending on your tastes of course.

Hi there and a big welcome. I too think you need to dig around and have a look at the Skilled Migrant register to see if any occupations that are wanted match up. What have you got to lose? Go for it and good luck!

Welcome to the forum - as others have suggested take a look at the New Zealand Immigration Site and skilled migrant section re jobs and qualifications. There is also a points checker on there to see if it is the right avenue for you.
Best of luck

Hi guys, welcome to the forum.
Below is a link to the current owners of the railway infrastructure, ie the NZ government. .
The website has job vacancies.
Other websites to investigate are Toll Rail, the NZ government has just bought them out, they look after the rolling stock and ferries.
Good luck

You haven't lost the plot, but she wouldn't be able to sponsor the Earwiggys until she'd had PR herself for three years, so getting their own work or skilled migrant visa(s) would be quicker.
