Hi all,

Does anone know the best place for us to look for jobs, we are currently trying to send our CV's off to a few placesto attempt to secure a job before we move over in October. I am a project coordinator / administrator and my partner is a legal secretary. Any help would be much appreciated

You could try the SEEK website to start - www.seek.co.nz

I had a quick peek and there seems to be over 100 jobs for a legal secretary. Wasn't sure how to search for a project coordinator, but you'll know what you're looking for. Hope this site can help get you started.

If you're a project coordinator in IT then there really isn't much point trying to secure a job now for October. The market here moves pretty fast, and jobs for this role are usually only advertised when there is an immediate need.
It may be worth attempting to register with a few agencies, but again, my experience is that they really aren't interested unless you're actually in NZ and ready to start.

There are other job sites, but pretty much everything ends up on seek.co.nz as well.

Some of the larger corporates only advertise on their own sites, but most use seek as well.

Fonterra use their own vacancy site and the banks do, Universities and district health board sites worth a visit, other than that, seek every time.
