Hello.

I cannot seem to be able to phone NZIS london, using the trick to bypass the £1 a minute charges. However, it may not matter becasue somebody might be able to answer my question anyway!

Does anybody know if it's possible to 'drop in' to New Zealand house in London to speak to somebody about a RRV question? Or is it by appointment?

You can drop in.......go to the desk and ask for immigration and they will send you upstairs to the mezanine floor. Take a ticket and sit and wait. Make sure you get there after 10am and before well before 3.45 pm monday to friday.
