Erm, let me see... Female, happily married, one bambina. Geek by profession. Love photography and hanging out having a nice coffee with friends. Currently watching "An Inconvenient Truth" and it's scaring the willies out of me! :eek: Uh... so to speak ;)

Used to be on another rather well-known expat site, but prefer a nicer site. Love the feel of this one already. Looking forward to getting to know people here. Almost a little reticent to say too much more right now in case I'm being stalked. :laugh But fingers crossed I'm not! Another expat I hold in great respect and love hanging out with is on this site, so feel comfy here. :)

Hi Lindsey. Not George. Sorry about that! Well we missed winter, but spring is one of the windiest times of the year. Got nearly blown down the street more then once. No exaggeration! :laugh (actually I shouldn't laugh as it can be dangerous - last year a schoolgirl in ChCh got blown into the path of a bus and died :( )

Summer was beaut here! Apparently the warmest in a decade, and was a bit too hot on some days. Didn't need even a light jacket for a good two months. Very very bearable! :clap
