Hi ^^ I'm Denny from Korea.

I applied for the emmigration to Canada as a skilled worker but recently changed my mind to go NZ with LTBV.

If anyone can give me how to do research in NZ for the application, it would be grateful ^^

I've been running a private company for 7 years and would like to continue this in NZ. Mostly I export products to USA and Europe.

But making the business plan is something that a little complicated.
So if anyone has had an experience in making this plan, please advise me.

Thank you ~ and great to know this forum !

Denny

Bobbysox is the last couple that I know of that came in on an LTBV, and they got their business plan format from the NZ Trade & Enterprise website (sorry, I don't have a link, but it would be worth having a good poke about in this site, anyway). Their business plan was really as much info about the businesses' market that they could find, as well as their plans to turn around the business.

I don't have any experience in formulating a plan for a new business, at least not one that NZIS would use. As far as I know the standard is set a bit higher for a new business, as they need to be sure it will be successful before you start. That is why they normally suggest that people buy existing businesses, at least you have something definite to work with. From what you have said so far your 7 years' experience of the same business would be the sort of thing that they would be looking for, so you are doing well there already.
