With all the recent threads discussing what salary people could survive on in NZ, I thought it would be interesting to see how peoples morgage compares the households annual income. Obviously this is not going to work if you are renting, but it could be interesting as everyones circustances are quite different. Also vote if you are planning to get a morgage in near future...but please not unless you are already in NZ and in process of buying.
