Hi All,
Someone I know has a 2 (could be 3) bedroom, fully furnished house in Torbay on the North Shore.
They are hoping to go traveling in their motor home for sometime but don't want to commit to renting their house out long term in case they need to come back. I have suggested that I ask on here for any one looking to stay on the North Shore upon arriving. They would charge a flat fee (I cannot remember what it is - I know it was around $600 per week) and that would include all your utility bills and even a phone number - although mobiles called and countries that are not included on their calling plan would be extra - the UK is included).
The owners would also require access to their garage and a parking space on their land for their mobile home when they are are in town. They would not require access to the main house. Rental would be on a monthly roll over if the house is not already booked out.
It has sea views and is walking distance to the shops, schools and the beach.
If anyone is interested or has any question please PM me and I'll out you in touch with the owners for further info and photographs. We stayed there when we arrived and it was great. It is a fab idea as then you are not tied in to a long term rental and it gives you time to look around to see where you want to settle. No smokers or pets though.
This is available from the end of June and will be available for the forseeable future on these terms.
