What a day, I booked a flight last Thursday morning to go job hunting in NZ, as we had heard nothing since being EOI'ed. In the afternoon i recieved a call from the nz immi people to say they were sending our ITA to us. The tickets were non refundable so will be in NZ on the 26th June till the 3rd July.
Is anyone attending the goverment backed IT conference, its on the 26th June in Aukland?

Sods law that that should happen! It happened to us too - no sooner did my OH come out for a weeks reccie and job interviews then they dropped the points criteria and we would have been pulled from the pool anyway! Still I was a whole lot happier moving out here knowing he had a job to go to.

Silver linings and all that... ;)
