That's what we were told when we politely called to see if there was any news on our EOI (was selected in April).

David has a start date of 13th August so we know time is running out... We were told that we would have an answer last Friday to know if we were going to get ITA of Work to residency Visa, but nothing!
The job offer is with an accredited company but the nice man doesn't seem to sense our urgency and although we appreciate that he is busy (aren't we all) we would like to know..

So my next question is - is it too early to crack open a bottle of wine (it is after lunch) and get the LARGEST bar or chocolate to wash it down with:D

If i were you, keep onto them every few days, also get you new employer out in NZ to chase their end as well - i'm sadly talking from experience.

This immigration process is not cheap and you are after all paying for a service.

Wonder why they are busy - fed up with all the going on's in the UK!!!!
