He came the day after I called him and he was done and dusted in 1.5 hrs - he baited several spots in the roof (awkward rooves), set 2 small lockable safe bait stations, a gutter trap, various small indoor lockable bait stations and one big lockable rat bait station and sealed the roof holes that were obvious. $137.50 incl GST.
