Hi guys,

I'm trying to do some prep ahead of the ITA. I was a company director of my own company. The company is wound up now and i was wondering what kind of proof the NZ authorities would require. Does anyone have any experience of this?

Hi and welcome I'm not 100% sure but I think they need evidence from Companies House.

I can't speak from experience but I would say your best bet would be to get all the information held at Companies House relating to your company.

www.companieshouse.gov.uk

This should provide evidence that you were a director and the dates of the companies trading.

Hopefully someone more with specific knowledege will be along soon.

I'm also a company director. I assume that inz class directors as employed rather than self employed?
