Well we've had an offer on the house 3k below what we wanted and there's no chain plus the couple are prepared to wait 6 months if needed. How come I feel a bit apprehensive?.The house has only been on the market 4 weeks and we should be jumping for joy.:yes
The housing market isn't brillant and I did want to secure an offer early on.We have accepted and I'm sure I'll get use to it .At least there's hope for anyone trying to sell, offers are still coming in.

Well done Helen. At least they will wait for you so no pressure. Just start the junk clearing now - that is what we are doing and it seems to be taking for ever :laugh

That's great news. I'm sure once it's sunk in and you've had time to get used to it you'll feel less apprehensive. Our buyers waited 4 months and would have waited longer had we wanted them to. I would say sit back and relax but you probably need to start having a clearout - it's much easier if you do it bit by bit as opposed to trying to rush at the end. :cheers

Yay Helen!! I'm so pleased for you and the buyer seems incredible accomodating being willing to wait 6 months. Hopefully it will be Muuuuuch sooner that you will get your PR. Are you going to wait for PR or go over on visa's while waiting? I am positive that this is one of those 'doors' that has just opened.
Can't wait for the next installment of your process!! Have you been given rough time frames?

Hi Jent
Thanks for that,we will wait and see if we get our PR ,then apply for ORRs funding, once we have this we will book flights and head out,we have been given the time scale of 3 to 6 months if we get our medical waiver.Yes we are lucky to find someone willing to wait as it will obviously be a complex process. At least we've ticked off some of those boxes. How about you?,how far are you with things?
