So your container arrives and is delivered, smoothly and on time!! Can you keep the packing material and/or the boxes everything came in, to use for when /if you move rentals? Is the packing materials included in the price, ie. do you own it once paid for the removals service? Maybe it would be too big and bulky, can't really picture it?

Yes you can keep as much as you like. They will take it away for you so you don't have tons of cardboard and packaging around but we were told if we want to keep it we can. They will even come back at a later date as most people do not unpack everything straight away.(Depends on what company you use but most will do this). It is always handy to have strong cardboard boxes around and they easily fold flat but you won't want to keep all of it as you won't be able to move through packaging, theres loads of it.

Sure can as we have still got stuff in those boxes from 2.5 years ago. However we should be ditching them come friday when we eventually get out of this rental. Idea will be to sell them on on the likes of Trade Me.

We kept all of our packing just folded the boxes up and tied together with string :yes Stored in the garage so not taking up too much space - would like to say this was a deliberate ploy for when we move out of rental but just forgot to phone the removal company to collect :D
