I have been looking through the forums and can't seem to find an answer to this one. On the nZQA documents it states that certified copies of passports or birth certificates are acceptable. However, it doesn't actually state anywhere in the application form that these need to be sent. I'm slightly confused, therefore, as to whether these have to be submitted or not.

Can anyone who has been through the process from the UK please advise on this one.

Many thanks.

No, they are not required unless a name change (marriage etc in the case of a woman)

I sent my application without them and they did not complain at all.
