Our real estate agent said that 80% of the sales is through an auction, another 15% in the week following the auction.
So, we just follow his lead .... :exit

Lovely house! We won't be in a position to buy for another couple of years though :(

We are planning to move to that area - can I assume it's a nice place to live? How long does it take to get to the airport (as hubby has a job nearby). We are thinking of somewhere between Laingholm up to Green Bay.

From our house to the airport is about 25 minutes, but that's outside rush hour!
