We all know the NZQA sucks and cannot seem to stick to their own timelines.
Got this message from a friend that called NZQA on my behalf and has had experience dealing with them for themselves and at least one other person.
"Hi there, I did get hold of someone inside NZQA - quite high up. They even went and spoke to a lawyer within NZQA to find out what the rules are. They were adamant that from receipt of papers it is 20 days. When I explained that it was 6 days since 'Katie' had signed but no confirmation, she said she would double check with lawyer. I was waiting for her response before giving you the feed back."
Odd that they seemed to question the rules and timelines. My documents arrived on Friday 23rd of May and only last night did I get an email from NZQA. My previous email query had been ignored / gone unanswered and it seems this call might have jump started something.
