Well after 2.5 years we have our own place:raebanana We started out on the idea of buying an established property, but were put off with the options out there, eg lack of insulation, coldness, damp, maintenence, and price etc, so we opted to buy land and build. We used Sovereign as our house developer after buying the plot around 18 months ago. We started out on the build in January and moved in yesterday. So we are once again up to our eyeballs in boxes, but hope to thin out over the coming days.

I was going to do the usual house building thread but decided against it. However i will post one or two pics when we get a little straighter on the box front.

Anyway off to unpack more stuff...........................
