Hi all!

Hope you are all well.

We've just today put the house on the market so things are getting slightly serious!

Just hoping that someone (anyone) might know if the above needs to be assessed and what the likely value is.

It is a post A level qualification, but I don't know whether it is degree equivalent or not?

What would be great is that there is someone out there who already has all of this assessed!!!

Well you never know ..

I have an industry specific qualification and sent to nzqa online.i think it cost about £40 and got a preliminary assessment in a week with a reference number for my eoi.

Thanks Victoria

Might give that a go, save wasting any more money if they kick it out ..

How many points was it worth?

Hi there, I had my Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling assessed by NZQA this year and it came back a level 5 Diploma. Bit disappointed in that, as you will understand how hard a process it is to get this qualification.

But it is still worth 50 points so well worth using in the process.

Good luck with the paperwork :D

That's really helpful, thank you very much.
Was yours a CPCAB qualification and if so does that mean I don't need to get mine assessed?

Your situation sounds similar to ours - are you just heading off on a tourist visa then? It is an option we are considering once the house has sold ..
