Hi every one ,

I’m filling in my Visit visa application and I have this question ,and I need to know the optimal answer . The question is [ What is the purpose of your visit to New Zealnad ?]

Please help me in this and give me your advices .In addition , I’m going to new Zealand to see if it does worth to move my family there, and what if we can live there and also to search for work . But I will not say that in my application cause they will not understand my need to check this all . so I need to have a right answer as a visitor to write it on my application .

Regards

You tell them you are coming to visit New Zealand, to see the country, which is all you really are doing. Illustrate this by knowing places you want to visit (landmarks, cities) and perhaps show that you have accommodation booked in motel/hotel etc... That fact that you might enquire after employment while here is not worth mentioning - afterall, you may decide you don't like it here! ;)

Of course, coming through the airport with your CV and lots of certificates isn't going to look too good so be sensible!

Thank you :nice1

but what do you think about the following answer :

I have two reasons: 1- I want to see those magnificent mountains, and walk
in the forests
2- I’m going to take a look at New Zealand with the
hope of emigrating there one day

I think they're both great answers - I'm pretty sure immigration appreciate many are coming here to research the country as well as have a holiday. I guess I would probably err on the side of holidaying just in case I got a customs officer on a "bad day" or something... but in the end be honest, I mean, it's not as if you are planning on abusing your visa and overstaying.
