We're trying to get a feel for how much rentals cost for the Canterbury area, in particular a 20km radius from Christchurch... are there any websites/agents you can recommend for checking things out?

I look at realestate.co.nz for houses and rent to get an idea.

I've found a decently wide selection of rentals at the following specific management agencies:

But TradeMe is probably the most comprehensive source and it has no-fee non-corporate landlords, too.
