..Just had a phone call to say our contracts have been exchanged
my heart is pounding I am SO excited. I have just realised that this is starting to happen for us now.

Completion is set for monday - exactly four weeks after we accepted buyers offer ! I am shocked at how quick this has finally happened after being on market over a year.

We have found a gorgeous rental in UK for the next four months and will now start applying for jobs , booking flights, shippers etc etc

I've just rung up my boss and told him I cannot come back to school in Sept! He was rather shocked! Said its bad news for them but he's really pleased for us. It was totally out of blue for him as he didn't know of our plans at all. I have been itching to tell them as they are arranging next years classes etc but up until now haven't felt like it is safe enough to say anything.

going to pop back into school now to tell some other people face to face !

why do I feel so giddy??!! :p

not sure on our destination yet - we had alway thought Christchurch but looking at things again we are now also considering Hamilton area or Bay of Plenty. I think in the end it may come down to where a job offer comes from (next thing to cross my fingers for !)

my computer desk is surrounded by pics of loads of NZ locations and enlargements of photos from our trip - its what keeps me going ;)
