I've sent off for a pre assessment and have received the confirmation, but I notice that it says: "An assessment will commence once full payment has been receipted and confirmed."
Well the money has been taken from my bank but I haven't had the payment confirmed by them. Does this mean they haven't even started the process yet!?
I've emailed them with the same question but surprise, no reply yet, aarrgh!
