Except that our washing machine wouldn't work - which we think is due to the fact that we didn't have the stabilising bolts for the drum. Anyone we've bought a new one and it has fuzzy logic - so we get on really well.

We went with Crown as our shippers, mainly because of the continuity of service and the negative reports about local sub contractors. They were £700 more than anyone else but as Michael was shipping his very precious Goldwing he wanted to be sure of everything being as good as possible. We were incredibly impressed with Crown in Tauranga - they were so helpful and efficient, and the guys who brought the stuff to the house couldn't have been more helpful or more friendly. The bike arrived fine and Crown helped us get everything sorted out (registration etc.) I couldn't recommend their local branch more highly.

Our only complaint is that they didn't provide enough hanging wardrobe boxes in the UK and lots of our clothes were dumped in flat boxes, which meant that everything needed ironing (the last thing you want to do with a whole house full of belongings to sort out). So if anyone is thinking of using them I would suggest checking on how many hanging boxes they are going to provide.

Other than that small thing I would thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent news. It's good when it goes well, saves a lot of stress at a time when there are enough things to cope with.
