Not sure which thread should be in :o

A local mum have set up new online business called Kiwi Kids with Allergies - www.kiwikidswithallergies.co.nz

Fantastic products for parents who got kids with allergies (most of you know that I got three kids with allergies plus my OH :o) I thought spread words about this website just in case you know anyone got kids with allergies, let them know and there is special offers on products to celebrate open new online service.

She is looking into setting up forum to exchanges the advice/share/chat between parents as well as looking into set up a playgroup in CHCH for young families with allergies if possible (well my ideas :D but she like sound of it)

Great thanks for that I'll have a look.
Have you tried the NZ allergy association cook book? If so is it any good? I saw it once and didn't buy it and haven't seen it again. Just wondering if it's worth the hassle of ordering unseen.

Not yet, but you can buy it cheaper on trademe ;) I haven't got around to get it one as I am not in hurry to get one yet because I already got several allergy cookbooks but NZ's cookbook look good that I mean to get around to buy one :o

You are welcome to ask for any recipes off my several books if you need any quickly. I also got a specialist book for people with wheat, milk and egg allergies, and cookbooks for children with allergies (very basic and foods suit children without fussy and very quick to make:nice1) as well as normal mutli-allergies books, bit complications involved in some of recipes...bit like delia all over again!!:laugh

Thanks for that. I only have one food allergy to deal with, cooking, shopping and coping with multiple allergies is a real skill. Parents who manage multiple allergies have so much knowledge and experience it's good to see them able to turn that to their advantage and work.
