Hi everyone! We're hoping to find jobs in a tertiary education (polytechnic or university) in/near Auckland and if I'm not mistaken, the key areas are in Auckland central, Massey and Hamilton. Are there others? What kind of suburbs would you recommend? We hope to stay near the beach/ coast/ green areas (as we're outdoor folks). We have no kids, so schools are not a concern. We also want a place that is pretty safe and don't need night life or anything too social. We intend to commute by car. Our house budget is 300-400K. Thanks so much for any tips! :yes
