Right, I've been trawling threads (via search) and can't find any answers.

I'm putting the final bits together for OH's visa application (NZIS 1015) and getting stuck on the "If applying for a work visa" bit, question A24 + A25. Can anybody advise us please?

OH has a job offer with a start date of 4th August (managed to get this put back a bit), but as yet we haven't booked flights, packers or anything. He's hoping to go out at least a week beforehand. Do we have to put a date? Can we just put a month?

"I would like a single journey work visa"/"I would like a multiple journey work visa"........... what's that all about?

A25 - OH is getting a WTR Talent visa, so we are not sure if we need/must submit a leaving date?

Up till this point I thought it seemed fairly straight forward, now I'm worried one little error will cause huge problems at the end when we apply for PR.

Nerves eh? I'm beginning to doubt everything I'm doing with regards to documents at the moment.

And I've got all mine and the 3 children's visas to sort yet, along with our medicals...............just waiting for all our new passports to arrive.

Bit busy at the moment to check on the other bits, so hopefully someone else will give you an answer?

But for this bit, you want to ask for a multiple journey visa which will allow your OH to go to NZ, leave and return multiple times as needed. If you just get a single one then he can only go to NZ once.

For A24, answer with the expected date your OH will enter NZ on.

For A25, I assume that you will be applying for a 30 month WTR, so just add 30 months to the date entered in A24.

If you really aren't sure of the date, then I would enter the earliest date that you can reasonably make, and then if you are delayed by a week or two then I wouldn't worry about it.
