We currently (well I) have 105 Points (with job offer). We are currently going the route of Talent visa but want PR asap. If my OH secures a job offer as well - what happens?

Does he earn extra points for our application ? (we arent married but have child and been long term partners).

Does he need to earn a min amount?

Using the points calculator here http://www.immigration.govt.nz/pointsindicator/ seems to indicate an extra 20 points, although there may be further requirements to be met.

Don't know about a minimum earnings requirement but I'm sure someone will be along soon with first-hand experience of your situation.

He now has job offer so any info would be brill....anyone...

according to the forms it looks like it needs to be an offer of 'skilled' employment but no salary requirement, but on the points indicator it just says 'job offer' so it's a bit vague to be honest :(
