Hope people could advise.

While waiting for ITA decision, would anybody advise whether it is necessary for me to do IELTS or other english proficiency exam in order to ease job search as I have job experice and have trained in developing countries (South Africa - PhD; Nigeria - MSc and B.Agric). I'm presently a Post doctoral research fellow with an International organisation (IWMI as CGIAR centre)? Besides, am an Agricultural Economist. thanks
