Are there any South African's on the forum who can give me advise on moving pensions to NZ pension? I will have money from my company pension and want to invest it in NZ. Not a big amount but would appreciate advise.

Make that 3. I have mailed a couple of ex-SA guys that now work in financial services in NZ but neither of them have replied yet. Will post any info I receive.

I have a couple of SA ex-pat friends and one of them was telling me only the other day that she'd had to leave it all in SA and couldn't transfer it. However, this was a very brief conversation and she emmigrated a good number of years ago so things might have changed.

I'll ask her about this again just as soon as son is back at school and I can catch up with her.
