Has anyone brought over wet or dry flies to nz? We're not sure whether to try since some have animal feathers. Any info would be great!

Yes bought a heap across, nothing was said. Fishing gear was inspected and we were charged for the pleasure but that was all.

We brought some, and they were more interested in the waders than the flies actually.
