Does anyone know of good /bad rental agents for the north shore Auckland? Or anyone who wants to rent out in that area?

We used www.Trademe.co.nz and www.realestate.co.nz to find our rental. There is a place just down our road that has recently gone up for rent but I've no idea what its like.

What are you looking for and I'll keep an eye open?

Our previous rental agent was Margay Realty.....they were absolutely excellent as an agent and manage a few properties in Albany area. Unfortunately the property we were last in was sold unexpectedly after we had only been there few months.
All I would say is whatever property you do end up renting....make sure you read all the small print before signing, and anything you are querying, get responses in writing. If there are any marks/damage when you move into a property....take photos before you move in/unpack and make sure you supply pictures to agent/landlord.....often they are not very thorough and you don't want to get balmed for something you didn't do......this may sound rather defensive, but it is better to cover yourself than end up wrangling over bond later on.
