dear all,

can I claim bonus point if my sister & her family have already got NZ residence visa ? but she will go to Auckland the end of this year

what actually is the requirement for get those bonus point ? and what is the evidence needed ?
pls share...

I'm not sure I completly understand your question, but you can claim points (10 I think?) for immediate family resident in NZ. I don't know how long they have to be resident so you can claim.
We needed my sis full birth certificate and marraige certificate to show her change of name, copy of residence permit and proof living in NZ.

From read her post, her sister is NOT in NZ yet, so I don't think you can claim point because she need to be in NZ (for 3 years?) before you can bonus point?
Also you will need prove of your sister is living in NZ by provide her bank statements, her prove of address in NZ as well as her birth certificate, passport etc. I remember my sister had to get all paperwork done for my visa, posted to me from NZ. (it was interesting to read her bank statement and credit card statement!!:exit)
