OH initially applied for a WTR Talent visa as he had a job offer from an accredited employer. Immigration in London said the wages did tally with the £50K threshold and so issued OH with a general work visa. There has now been lots of emails back and forth between OH and the company, as they are getting a solicitor on board at the NZ end as they have lots of new employees expected to join them from the UK. The company have recently renewed their accreditation with the figures given to OH, so why was his turned down by London?
Do you think we can appeal even though we now have his blue sticker in his passport? We don't have enough points to go down the EOI route, WTR was our best (and possibly only) option.
