Hairdressing - my 17 year old has now decided she would like to be a hairdresser(not a beauticain - previous thread) she has just been offered here(UK) a job where they will pay her £90 a week and send her to college for 2 years/ 2 days a week /work in salon 3 days - and then offer her a job at the end. She had to turn it down as we are moving to NZ - I have told her that it will be the same in NZ??????I shouldnt have because i actually dont know

Would try researching in the area you intend to move to, just to confirm it - try contacting hair salon in that specific area for advice!

There's a college in Chch offering hairdressing courses, name escapes me at the moment
