Ok probably silly question but cant find it on the NZIS website.
Ive got Talent visa to get me to NZ quick then want to go for PR ASAP. Do I have to wait the full two years IF i have enough points already?

Simple answer is No, you can start the PR process at any time if you have enough points. That's what we did!

Yip, us too. Our WTR visa is valid until 2010 but we applied for PR already and got our ITA in the mail yesterday! Woohoo. It's so thick though, so much stuff to wade through, I'm going to leave it till the week-end....
