1. How is the age of the principal application calculated? Lets say, I was born on 30th Aug, 1978. If i submitted my EOI today, should i claim 30 points for 20-29 age category [29 yrs] today or 25 points because I would turn 30 in 45 days time?

2. Is your age considered at the time of submitting my EOI or ITA? I could be 29 while submitting my EOI but could have turned 30 while submitting the ITA.

3. Is it worthwhile to get your qualifications assessed by NZQA although your qualification is on LORQ?

4. Do you have to submit your degree and transcripts to NZ Immigration even if NZQA has assessed your degree and granted a level in comparison to a NZ qualification?

5. Does it matter if you failed in a few subjects or were absent but cleared those subjects in the subsequent semesters? Will it matter if there was a break during one of your programs? I suppose these could be explained in a separate sheet of paper?

I didnt say I havent passed all the subjects. I only said I failed in a few and was absent for the exam in a few others but passed all the subject after reappearing in the failed/absent subjects.
