If there is a change to your health after you have sent in your medicals, do you have to tell the NZIS?

I guess the answer would be yes, but lets face it, if you think it would jepodise your chances, I wouldn't. Not very honest I know, but hey, I think it's what most people would do.

Cath Yes I probably am OK going to the doctors later today, just being a bit of a hypercondriac(?spelling). Will let you know.

But it just made me wonder what the legal postition was.

Hope I get PR soon :hopeso

Nic,

There is a comment on the letter they send you after PR, stating you obligation to inform them of changes in your "personal circumstances, such as:

marital status
change of address
legal liabilities or disqualifications that you receive
changes to qualifications or professional licences

.......until you arrive in NZ and your Residence Permit is granted...."

So it is not on the list, but those 2 words "such as" would infer you should let them know.

I agree with Cath though on this one. Hope you are OK anyway
