Hi!
Can somebody please tell me if I need to supply my children's details (in page 6 of the NZIS1000 application form) if they have a New Zealand passport? They are NOT included in my application and then again they have already been mentioned a page back if you see what I mean???! It seems a little bit ambiguous to me, anybody applied recently?
Also a reasonably priced "member of the notary public" in the Greater London area??
Thank you :wah

As far as I can remember (and it's a loooong year ago), I mentioned the kids, but only once and didn't include them in my application as dependants. My children have NZ passports as well, so no need to include them in the application.

I'm not sure about reasonably priced, I think I paid about 60 pounds to have one signature witnessed, this was in North East London (Wanstead).

Good luck,
Daniela

Thank you :wahFrom my memory of the process (which is poor) your children will not part of the application because they are already citizens, but will need to be listed in the later section where you list your family members.

There is a Notary at New Zealand House in the Haymarket, that will notarise documents for £20 per document. They are only there for a couple of hours three days a week, so check their website for the times.
